Ipsy and Coastal Scents !

More and more companies are coming out with makeup  brushes, some are ridiculously priced and some are great budget friendly pieces to build up or add to your collection.
I recently found this amazing set and travel case from Coastal Scents.
I am subscribed to Ipsy which is a $10 a month subscription service.
This gives you 4-5 items in some cute little bags.
You basically take a few minutes to do a survey about what you like and then they personalize products for you.
Some of the times it includes Full size items mixed in with samples.
Now the other thing that is cool about Ipsy is that the brands and companies give amazing discounts on the products that are included in all the different Ipsy bags so you can try almost everything if you want.
The other awesome thing is when you review and share you get points.
(now this point system is reasonable not like other brands where you have to get a ridiculous amount before you can get anything.)
For example you earn 100 points and you can turn that in for a reward that you choose from a list. Some products are amazing and some are ok so you have the choice to spend them or save  and they do not expire unless you cancel.
So the break down
+10 – Sharing your March glam bag excitement before you receive it, product sharing etc.
+5 and up -review on the product
+250 points if someone signs up with your code
Etc.
See not a bad way to get free stuff.

Life 2020-2021 Getting back into this.

So as the whole world has struggled with the pandemic it's an understatement as to how I have been, my kids and, my husband. I am not going to lie and say that it didn't affect me in an immense way  I went down a severe hole into depression and, let's just say my mental health was a nightmare  I wanted to die and, just didn't have the strength to do it myself so I would lay in bed and, starve myself hoping I wouldn't wake up the next time. The real struggle came at night because of my insomnia I would lay in my bed and, think about all the things I couldn't do or wanted but, I just didn't have the strength to, I would think about how much better my husband would have been marrying someone else how I have ruined his life how mean I was to him and didn't even think or want to be. How he is carrying on with his life and me, I'm just better off dead because that is exactly how I feel like a person suffering from all this crap.  My kids don't seem t...

Octobers ipsy treats and no tricks review

Here is my review on the bag for the month of October  *the bag is an adorable red clutch with an embossed masquerade mask.  The theme for the month is  "Who said nights were for sleep" #ipsyafterdark  We hope this bag inspires endless after-dark adventures.                                Stay wild, moon child.  I have decided to start with Jayedyn's first this time.  1 st product is intensively precise eyeliner  from the brand Aurora the shade is a rich brown shade. This is a felt tip liquid liner you can glide this on to make the perfect cat eye.   Removes easily without tugging on those precious lids.    2 nd product is a sample of the highly coveted shape tape contour concealer. This is a full coverage product it brightens under eyes. It’s a m...

But you Don't look sick!!!!!

Chronic Illness can play a tricky part in life. One day you are feeling like you can conquer getting out of bed and moving to the couch and the next you can’t even move to go to the bathroom.  The stereotype behind them is also very hurtful and frustrating to say the least . The saying I hear a lot is. “What  you have Lupus, But you look great and not sick at all. “ Your makeup is on and your hair is done You look Normal! This drives me crazy,  I was talking with a friend who suffers as well  we were discussing this disease and how it would affect the world if you could see the insides of our bodies on the outside.  Would anyone look at us?  Or would they be able to look away once they did?  If the pain we felt was colored so that you could see it.  How would we look to the outside world? Would they say that we looked Normal Then?  How the world treats Invisible Illnesses has got to stop. It’s hard enough to deal ...
