Summer is officially here and boy is it warming up in Utah .  Hot as He**  (usually in the upper 90's- 100's) The weather has been the best summer weather at times, but I still can't get out and enjoy it because of my Lupus .  I step out in the sun and after a few minutes (literally) I am sick to my stomach and fatigue sets in. Then it's back in bed and I am unable to do anything more for the day. It Sucks!  I am trying to get out as much as I can in the evening but sometimes it is still too hot.  Camden & Mayson have been enjoying the pool.
