Sept. Ipsy Bag Review Late again

Sept. went by just as fast and boom it’s October.
 I am so excited I love fall and Halloween it’s just so much fun and you can be anything or anyone you want.

The bag for the month was a graphic Bold clutch, it is adorable with the lil fluttery lashes and its black and gold 


The theme for the month-
 The question isn’t who is going to let me; it ’s who is going to stop me.

Let’s get into my bag



1st product is a sample of Healing Turmeric mask

From the brand APTO
I know that turmeric has some pretty amazing healing properties, neem extract draws out your impurities in the pores
Azelaic acid is known to slough off the dead skin cells and leaves you with a fresh face.
Colloidal sulfur removes your blackheads and gets into your skin and cleanses pores and absorb excess oil.
This would be amazing for someone with acneic skin, rosacea.

2nd product is a  2-in-1 facial foam cleanser

From the brand The Crème shop
This is another amazing product with great ingredients
Green tea rich in antioxidants and vitamins help to firm and rejuvenate your skin
Rice water and white lily calm redness and treat acne scars
This is a perfect product for any skin type including sensitive.

3rd product is a sample of Loose eyeshadow


  from the brand MPRINCESS
In the shade Pretty petal

  it’s a dusty rose shade and is so pretty one day I poped it on my hair and it looked pretty cool. I haven’t used it on my eyes yet so I will have to let you know how I liked it and if it was longlasting.

4th product is a sample of Face Primer


  from the brand ELIZABETH MOTT
I love this brands stuff and have repurchased the eyeshadow primer so I was pretty sure I would love this as well and guess what? I was right this is a silky, lightweight formula that glides on to help your makeup stay in place and it sure does. it does the work of minimizing my fine lines and pores. I also love that its waterproof so no ruined makeup.

5th product is a Wonder Women Detailed Tapered Blender brush #140 

 From the brand LUXIE BEAUTY
It’s a limited edition team up with Warner brothers Brush that’s the only thing that sucks …
The brush has synthetic bristles they are soft to the touch and pick up the right amount of your product
I like to use mine for concealer because it’s the perfect size to blend out that small spot under your eyes.

 I love Luxie Beauty Brushes and super happy when they come in my bags. I have no bad experiences with any of my brushes. Plus the brand is cruelty-free

1st product is a sample of lipstick from the brand 


trèStique in the shade English Rose.

This is a pretty sheer highly pigmented red shade. You could even go as far to say it’s almost a stain for your lips, the formula is long wearing with Coconut and Peach oils infused your lips will stay soft and hydrated.  It’s buildable so you can amp the color up to your preference.

2nd product is a sample size of Ultra HD perfector 

from the brand MakeupForever in the shade 06 Warm Sand.
This is a hydrating liquid that is more like a skin tint so it’s lightweight and sheer.
It is buildable so you can use it as a concealer for spots that need a boost. It has an SPF Broad Spectrum of 25 so you don’t need any extra products.

3rd product is a sample of Bright Eye Lift Gel

From the brand Nomad

It’s a soft peach shade with some multi-dimensional prismatic topaz pearl finish. Try and say that 5x’s fast.
The formula is buttery soft and blends like a dream. You can use this in place of a blush or highlighting product.

5th product is a sample Matte Bronzer


 from the brand Hanalei
This is a highly pigmented formula that gives you that sun-kissed look. You can build it up and it blends like a dream.
The product is made with Kukui nut oil- This is great to moisturize the skin. It’s rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins.  Of course, it’s Paraben and Cruelty-Free.

Let's talk showers

  Let's talk showers  No, not the kind that falls from the sky when it rains. No, not meteors, but regular showers people take to keep clean. A regular person is in the shower up to 5-10 mins maybe 15 at the most. Well for someone with Lupus, MS and Fibromyalgia it's so much longer. For instance, it took me almost an hour to shower the other day. Why is this you ask? Well, I can barely stand on my own, and do things like lift my hands to shampoo my hair without being so exhausted I have to sit down.  So it begins, the clock ticking away. *10 mins gone * sitting down. Once I finally can I stand back up and commence the ritual of the shower  but wait, after *10 more mins* I need to take a breath before I pass out (literally) it takes sitting down and breathing slowly to make it not feel like my heart is going to leap out of my chest.  I look at my handy dandy Fossil smartwatch and it says my BPM is 140 which I believe.  I try to slow down my breathing, a...

ESSENCE MAKEUP REVIEW

Makeup can be high end and really expensive or drugstore and very budget friendly.  Just because a drugstore brand is budget friendly doesn't mean it is bad quality. Right? Recently while perusing my local Ulta store with Jayedyn                      (on the hunt for a blue eye liner )  after looking at all the different brands from Urban Decay, Ulta , Nyx etc. and coming up empty and disappointed we were ready to walk away when i suggested one more look . Tucked away on an end cap of the isle was a small product line. I had never even looked at this brand before but sitting on the shelf was the perfect blue shade of eyeliner that Jayedyn was searching for & on a 15 yr old girls budget too.
