June Fun ipsy review

The month of June is Over ! Where and how did i miss a whole month? 

It is pretty darn easy when you can't work , can't walk and are so exhausted that all you can do is try to sleep . 
Summer is hard for me because unlike everyone trying to soak up all those rays of sunshine . I am avoiding it, like my life depended on it . 
Oh wait , It does .




I am going crazy, it's so hard when I want to do things but my body is so physically fatigue it shuts me down. 
 That is Lupus and no matter how much i change everything i eat, exercise, ect. It will always be this way and it sucks.. Let's just say it's been rough but i wake up each day and try the best I can. 


So back to Ipsy's Glam Bag for June. Let's Dive into these reviews .

 The theme is all about the *Rebel In you ! The Ipsy stylist on the card is @LustreLux

The bag looks like someone tagged a wall. 
It's a fun colorful canvas, it has the spray painted  look, with  words like 
Makeup, ipsy Glam ,beauty, style




Some of the products were great and some were duds .  let's find out.

-1st product- is a All Over Body Scrub by the brand Frank Body this is an online item only .
It comes in a set  for $37.95 with a balm to use after .

I am not a coffee fan at all. The smell makes me sick. 



-2nd product is a Sample Eye Shadow from Urban Decay in the shade FireBall.

It's their 20th birthday so they were sending out the two most Iconic shades. Happy Bday to you . 

The shade Fire Ball is a Duo tone it changes color from a peach to a pink .
This can be worn all by itself on the lid or you can use it to enhance your look with other shades .
The formula is buttery soft and blends beautifully I like that every time you wear it you see something new . Definitely a repurchase

-3rd product is a sample size -3 Tone Bronzer from the brand Crown Brush

The shades are a light brown , a pink and peachy shade 
Color payoff on my pale skin is not that great as you can see in the swatches.


I like to swirl them all together for that unique shade. I have been using this as a blush because it is to light to be a bronzer for me . I will keep using this until it is finished but will not repurchase . Now the brushes they have are awesome you can check them out  www.crownbrush.com

-4th product is a sample size Nail polish from the 

brand Formula X in the shade WingWoman .




This is sold at Sephora for $10.50 for a 0.4 oz . 

Okay let me just say Not a fan ! I hope it was because

 of the sample being a dud . This was streaky when

 applied and it took 3 coats just to have a nice base . 

It was so bad that i wiped it off and started 

 over 

I finally got a base. I had to apply 2 more coats to top 

it.
 Now this is a gorgeous shade of red, after 

application the polish did last 3-4 days .

I am curious to see if this would be better in a full

 size bottle?

  I know that there is a system set 

available and wondering if this is a must have to 

make it work? If you have used this before let me 

know.


-5th product is a sample size (i Think) lip gloss from the brand Be A Bombshell Cosmetics .

This sells online only for $14.00

This is from their Pout potion line and the shade i have is Secret. 

This is not a Secret anymore I absolutely LOVE this 

shade It is my perfect pink/nude for my pale 

complexion . The formula is glossy but not sticky.

gooey lips . The smell is heavenly it smells like 

vanilla and coconut . This is a new product that I will

 be repurchasing and in a few more shades. You can

So I only had 2 hits in this Ipsy bag so not bad 

Overall . The coffee scrub and the nail polish .

This is also a duo tone shadow that shifts from green to a Red . This is gorgeous on her and every move she has a different shade .




-2nd product is a sample size Satin lip color from the 

brand Tini Beauty  





The shade is Pink -Tini

Finally it looks decent have to clean up the edges.

This is in the shade Bellissima it is a beautiful peachy

shimmer . Buttery soft and blends easily .

Let's talk showers

  Let's talk showers  No, not the kind that falls from the sky when it rains. No, not meteors, but regular showers people take to keep clean. A regular person is in the shower up to 5-10 mins maybe 15 at the most. Well for someone with Lupus, MS and Fibromyalgia it's so much longer. For instance, it took me almost an hour to shower the other day. Why is this you ask? Well, I can barely stand on my own, and do things like lift my hands to shampoo my hair without being so exhausted I have to sit down.  So it begins, the clock ticking away. *10 mins gone * sitting down. Once I finally can I stand back up and commence the ritual of the shower  but wait, after *10 more mins* I need to take a breath before I pass out (literally) it takes sitting down and breathing slowly to make it not feel like my heart is going to leap out of my chest.  I look at my handy dandy Fossil smartwatch and it says my BPM is 140 which I believe.  I try to slow down my breathing, a...

ESSENCE MAKEUP REVIEW

Makeup can be high end and really expensive or drugstore and very budget friendly.  Just because a drugstore brand is budget friendly doesn't mean it is bad quality. Right? Recently while perusing my local Ulta store with Jayedyn                      (on the hunt for a blue eye liner )  after looking at all the different brands from Urban Decay, Ulta , Nyx etc. and coming up empty and disappointed we were ready to walk away when i suggested one more look . Tucked away on an end cap of the isle was a small product line. I had never even looked at this brand before but sitting on the shelf was the perfect blue shade of eyeliner that Jayedyn was searching for & on a 15 yr old girls budget too.
