June Ipsy Bag Review

   
                 
                       
The bag for the month of June was an Old school throwback to the Game TETRIS which is celebrating its 35th anniversary. 

I used to play this game when I was younger 

The bags were pretty interesting and both mine and Jayedyn’s were different colors.





Inside were some pretty cool Tetris inspired items.

I am going to start with Jayedyn’s First this time.


1st product is a Black Volume Cream 
From the brand NEOGEN CODE 9

This is a day and night cream that is all Natural ingredients, ceramides, and Hyaluronic acids.
This is going to help moisturize, plump, hydrates as well as give your skin a natural, healthy glow.

2nd product is a Watermelon Energizing Marshmellow Peel Off Mask 
From the brand PURLISSE

This is a tightening, energizing, brightening boost
With antioxidants and vitamin-rich watermelon, renewing blackberry and cranberry, healing aloe, soothing Chamomile and revitalizing elderberry.

3rd product is an Ultra Repair Hyaluronic Hydrating Primer 
From the brand First Aid Beauty

This is great for under your makeup application to keep it lasting longer and fresh looking.
This is an oil-free primer that combines Hyaluronic acid and Colloidal oatmeal which is great for soothing the skin. It also has light-diffusing micro-pearls to nourish and brighten your skin. 

4th product is a Lip Balm in The shade L33t from the brand TETRIS x ipsy


This is nourishing jojoba oil infused, peachy shade, that will keep your lips nice and Hydrated. 
It has one of the coolest looking packagings which is its Ode to The Tetris game.

5th product is a Gimme Brow + in the shade 4.5 Neutral Deep Brown 
This, of course, is from the brand 
Benefit Cosmetics 

This is a water-resistant gel that has tiny microfibers to help fill in any sparseness you have.
The brush is tapered so it makes application super easy.

1st product is Sweet Honey Bear & Aqua Moisture Raccoon Sheet Mask Set
from the Brand LOOK AT ME

This is an ultra-hydrating mask with amazing ingredients like Sunflower seed oil to keep moisture in your skin. Of course, there's honey and propolis extract to soften your skin. Also, Sodium Hyaluronate gives the skin a healthy glow. 

2nd product is a Moisturizing Lipstick in the shade-Sorry, Not Sorry
From the brand REALHER




This is the brand's Mission statement-

This is a rosy pink shade which is gorgeous on any skin tone especially my pale vampire skin.LOL 
This lipstick is creamy, it keeps hydration to your lips I wouldn’t say it last all day but it does need to be reapplied but it doesn't fade it’s like a stain for your lips.
The ingredients in this product again are great.
We have Jojoba oil, shea butter, and vitamin E
These keep your lips moisturized.

It has encapsulated water? this releases slowly overtime to keep your lips hydrated. This lippie is all-natural, cruelty-free, and non-toxic. It also has an empowering quote on each one. 

 

3rd product is a Gimme Brow+Volumizing Eyebrow Gel in 2 - Warm Golden Blonde
From the brand Benefit Cosmetics

This is a tapered brush with a  brow gel infused with teeny, tiny, microfibers to help fill in the sparseness, it will shape your brows and give ya definition.
Plus it's water-resistant and sweatproof so it will last until you are ready to take it off.
I really like this but I think it would work better on someone with a bit more hairs.

4th product is Felt Tip Eyeliner Pencil in Black.
From the Brand JONTEBLU




This is a quick-drying, long-lasting, waterproof and “inky” black eyeliner. It has a silky tip that makes it easy to use I find that I can make my lines any shape I want without any tugging I love that it has a  precision tip.

The final product is a Tapered Blending Brush from TETRIS™ x ipsy

This limited edition brush is tapered, synthetic, bristles are so soft, it has a buttery smooth application to your makeup look. It helps to blend the shadow as easy as the game itself (LOL) no, really it does an amazing job and is so cool looking. I would say that I use this brush in other applications, not just eyeshadow. I love a multi-tasking brush.
And that my friends is everything.
This has been a fun bag for us I love the Tetris inspired look on all the products.

Life 2020-2021 Getting back into this.

  So as the whole world has struggled with the pandemic it's an understatement as to how I have been, my kids and, my husband. I am not going to lie and say that it didn't affect me in an immense way  I went down a severe hole into depression and, let's just say my mental health was a nightmare  I wanted to die and, just didn't have the strength to do it myself so I would lay in bed and, starve myself hoping I wouldn't wake up the next time. Let's talk showers

  Let's talk showers  No, not the kind that falls from the sky when it rains. No, not meteors, but regular showers people take to keep clean. A regular person is in the shower up to 5-10 mins maybe 15 at the most. Well for someone with Lupus, MS and Fibromyalgia it's so much longer. For instance, it took me almost an hour to shower the other day. Why is this you ask? Well, I can barely stand on my own, and do things like lift my hands to shampoo my hair without being so exhausted I have to sit down.  So it begins, the clock ticking away. *10 mins gone * sitting down.
