Recent products I have Picked Up May Edition

On the days that I am feeling a bit okay and able to walk  I have ventured out and about, to get some exercise, Done some Browsing and picked up some makeup products that I have been eyeing. I thought I would share them with you .
I debated this purchase over and over setting it down and picking it up numerous times. It  drove Khrystian crazy
(He is a good kiddo and was patient with me)
I love this brand but thought I already had enough palettes of Neutral shades and did I really need this one?
The answer of course was YES. LOL
You know my love for Makeup Revolution?
It is a lil bit Stocker-ish =I want to stock pile them all.
I couldn't help but give in and pick up
The New-Trals vs Neutrals Palette

It is beautiful (Of course it is ) This is going to easily be one of my favorites and if I was able to work it would be my everyday go to!

The pigmentation is gorgeous and blends easily, again a few Hit and Misses but overall something that you can work around in my Opinion.

It has all the shades that are perfect for my Pale Pale skin and it last until you take it off (Of course I use a primer first ) I don't know if it's a dupe for anything so if you know let me know in the comments below .

Just when I get this one  they come out with another  that I want.

I have also wanted to try out the Lip Euphoria lipsticks so I picked up 2 gorgeous shades

Fate - is a beautiful soft pinky nude it is so buttery and creamy like a lip gloss but better.
The pigmentation of this product is amazing. I have never been able to find a nude pink that didn't make me look dead or dry my lips out. But like the name states this shade was meant for me.

Aura - it is a gorgeous Rose tone it's not reddish but more on the pinkish side on my lips it is almost a your lips but better shade.
My lips feel hydrated and moisturized; I forget that I am wearing this gloss
Can't wait to pick up more shades.

The other awesome lipsticks I picked up were from the Disney Alice Through The Looking Glass Collection
I love the Palette but just not enough to spend that amount. It's gorgeous Way to Go UD!
Jayedyn really loved the lipstick in Mad Hatter Metalized when we saw it at one of our outings to Ulta
When we went back it was gone so we waited and looked all over for it at different Ulta's but no luck. She gave up but I didn't.
One day by chance we stumbled into one it was the last one, not opened or destroyed like the last one always looks like Right?
                                            (It was meant for her)

I really wanted to try the Shade Alice because it looked so pretty and I heard some great things about the color so I picked it up. I am glad I did, It is so creamy and buttery and the shade is beautiful .I don't know if it's supposed to have a pink hue to it but that is what I get on my lips . I have never owned any Urban Decay Lipsticks so this was my first and it won't be the last they are definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Next thing I picked up was The Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer in light Bronzer

Can I just say that the smell is heavenly its summer in a compact
(To Me it smells like Malibu Rum)
It is the perfect bronze shade for my pale pale skin. Since My Lupus keeps me out of the sun I am a whole lot paler I just don't get enough vitamin D so I am always looking for products that make me look alive and not NOSFERATU (yes I use this word a lot because this is the way I feel and look except on some days when I look like NOSFERATU hit by a Mack truck)
So get used to hearing this. LOL! No, Really I do say it a whole bunch .

I also picked up the Physicians Formula Eye Booster 2 in 1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner and Serum -

This I blame on EmilyNoel83 on you tube She has an amazing channel you can check it out here https://www.youtube.com/user/emilynoel83
I know she will give an honest opinion on products and she wasn't wrong about this one. Thanks EmilyNoel83.
It has a precise brush tip applicator (That I can Use even with my shaky hands) It is also Black not a hue off it is ultra-Black and I love it. It glides on perfectly and it lasts I know this because I accidentally fell asleep with my makeup on             (I know Badddd)
But when I woke up the next morning it looked like I just applied it.  Now I am hoping that it will help boost my lashes to make them look Luscious, Glamorous and dramatic. (Fingers crossed) But I understand if it doesn't all the medications I am taking Have hair loss as a side effect .BOOO

I picked up a sample size of the It Cosmetics Tight Line- 3 in 1 Eyeliner, Primer and Mascara

I wanted to give this a try; for the most part I just wanted to use it for my nonexistent lower lashes.
This stuff is awesome for me I can Tight Line my water line without it bothering me and my sensitive eyes. Plus the wand is the perfect size for my lower lash line; it makes them look natural not clumpy like other mascara's do. I don't normally do my lower lash line because of this reason
This is now my Holy Grail Item for Tight Line & Lower lash line I will repurchase this.

Last thing was a Mascara- My Tarte eyelash Primer ran out so I was looking for something at the store that could work until I made it to Ulta. I decided to try the L’Oréal Voluminous Superstar In waterproof

This is the mascara that has the lash primer on one side and mascara as step 2
I really like the Lash primer It gets my baby sparse lashes and prepares them for the mascara I have noticed a bit of a transformation in volume not what I would like to have but I will take what I can
The mascara is nice the wand is nothing special when I first used this I was pretty happy but as I continued to use it my lashes all clumped together and *I don't like that look at all . I was ready to throw it away but decided to give it another try. I find that if you wipe the brush off for the primer and apply just a simple coat it will not clump. This is Superstar mascara  and now that I know what needs to be done it looks great and last.

I also picked up some new products to review for Influenster from the brand -Lumene Skin care

I decided that my skin care routine is good . I didn't want to mess with it so I picked up the -Bright Now Visible Repair Tone Corrector It is supposed to brighten my complexion and correct dark spots. We shall see
The other thing I got was The Bright Now Vitamin C BB Cream w/SPF 20
It is supposed to be
*Anti-aging
*Brightening
*Hydrating
*Cover imperfections
*Even Skin Tone
* Protect
It has a broad spectrum SPF20 which I like. You know I can use all the sunscreen protection I can get.
So we will see how these work. Stay tuned for a review

That is all the products I picked up some were intentional and some spur of the moment. (when Isn't makeup buying spur of the Moment ?) Never Right?
Let me know what things you have picked up lately and how you like them and if you recommend something for me to try .Thanks for the Read.

Lupus thoughts and Ramblings June 25th

Hey there.  I hope you are staying safe and sane in this crazy world.  It's a lot to stomach for anyone. I can't go crazy.  I already am!        Serious question? When do you tell your family that their joking around has become hurtful?  It's to the point where I feel like I am in high school again, trying to compete for their love and attention. I am 45 yrs old and feel like I am treated like a child at times. I am told that I am too sensitive and that I take things out of context, that I should just take it, and know they are playing.  Every night it's a roast the hell outta mom till she cries or locks herself in the bathroom so no one would see.  it's not like anyone would care to be honest.  I could cry for hours and no one would even flinch.  When did I become invisible, and so small that it doesn't matter if I am even around?  I am ignored when I am trying to be a mother, I am ignored when I try to let people know ho...

Let's talk showers

Let's talk showers  No, not the kind that falls from the sky when it rains. No, not meteors, but regular showers people take to keep clean. A regular person is in the shower up to 5-10 mins maybe 15 at the most. Well for someone with Lupus, MS and Fibromyalgia it's so much longer. For instance, it took me almost an hour to shower the other day. Why is this you ask? Well, I can barely stand on my own, and do things like lift my hands to shampoo my hair without being so exhausted I have to sit down.  So it begins, the clock ticking away. *10 mins gone * sitting down. Once I finally can I stand back up and commence the ritual of the shower  but wait, after *10 more mins* I need to take a breath before I pass out (literally) it takes sitting down and breathing slowly to make it not feel like my heart is going to leap out of my chest.  I look at my handy dandy Fossil smartwatch and it says my BPM is 140 which I believe.  I try to slow down my breathing, a...

ESSENCE MAKEUP REVIEW

Makeup can be high end and really expensive or drugstore and very budget friendly.  Just because a drugstore brand is budget friendly doesn't mean it is bad quality. Right? Recently while perusing my local Ulta store with Jayedyn                      (on the hunt for a blue eye liner )  after looking at all the different brands from Urban Decay, Ulta , Nyx etc. and coming up empty and disappointed we were ready to walk away when i suggested one more look . Tucked away on an end cap of the isle was a small product line. I had never even looked at this brand before but sitting on the shelf was the perfect blue shade of eyeliner that Jayedyn was searching for & on a 15 yr old girls budget too. I started to take a closer look at some of the products . The nail polish is what  drew me in, the colors were so pretty, it also looked like there were a few dupes for some high end products as well. I ended ...
