I was laying in bed ,sick as usual with a holy devil of a flare, Extreme Pain topped with the worse Headache I have ever experienced .
(Let's just say It felt like I was being shocked, literally )
I had absolutely No energy to move, Not even to cry .
I hate these days and they seem to be coming a lot sooner and more frequent!
Have I said How Much I hate This disease Called Lupus ?
I decided enough was enough. I had to force myself to move for the sake of my sanity .
I got out of bed and decided it was time to do something ,anything just to feel like I mattered to something more than just my Bed and this disease . I started to think of what I could do .
What's easy and won't take me to long? better yet that won't drain me of the lil energy I have?
After a few failed attempts and laying back down .
My feet hit the floor and the only thing I could think of was makeup!
I know I was just going back to bed and to most people that would be a waste but I didn't care. I just needed something to make me feel normal.
Needless to say with just a few stops to be sick , a few times to close my eyes in hopes this electrocuting headache went away. (Not so lucky there.)
2 hrs later my face was highlighted, glowy and rocking a purple smoky eye.
I posted the look on my Instagram acct before I was forced to sleep and
so many of you saw my photo and asked for a step by step for this look.
So Here Ya Go !
It's almost 1 a.m and I can't sleep. Go Figure !! But that's just part of being a spoonie. Why Not Blog ?
This was after I laid down for a few hours.
And yes I know I didn't finish my one brow.
The gorgeous look is from the Makeup Revolution- Mermaids Forever palette
colors are beyond pigmented and they last until you take them off.
I love this Brand .
This is a high end product in my opinion but very budget friendly at just $15.00 😱💜💜.
I started with My Almay color +care Liquid Lip Balm #600 Blooming -
Base color - all over lid #Maybelline Color Tattoo in -Barely Branded
1- FOREVER all over the lid to brow bone
2- CREATURE crease as a transition color
3-PRINCESS outer V and barely in the crease
blend , reapply , blend (however deep you want the color )
4-OCEAN in the outer v just to deepen color a bit more
5-IMAGINE on the eye lid ,but only in the middle
(I have hooded eyes so you really can't see any color there .)
3 PRINCESS & 4 OCEAN On the lower lash line (smudge out)
1FOREVER- on the inner Tear duct and brow bone
Tight line- my eyes with a black liner from #ITCosmetics
Mascara's Used -1st my base coat -Revlon Grow Luscious waterproof in black
2nd coat was the Revlon Bold Lacquer Grow Luscious in black .
I find that when i wear the Grow Luscious brand
My lashes are slowly growing back .
because a side effect of having Lupus is loosing your hair .
On a Side Note
